Osseo is served by CCX Media which provides local programming and public access to cable television for residents in the member cities of Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, New Hope, Osseo, Plymouth and Robbinsdale.

CCX Media has 3 cable TV channels:

CCX1 (12/799) programming includes daily community news, sports and events programming. Most CCX1 programming can be viewed on-demand on the ccxmedia.org website.

Channels CCX2 (20-SD) and CCX3 (859-HD) are public access channels. Resident volunteers produce a variety of programming ranging from concerts, sports, talk shows, live call-in programs, educational programs, dance recitals, music, etc.

City Government Channel 16 provides information on public services, meetings and community events as well as live broadcasting of City Council, Economic Development Authority, and Planning Commission. Meetings may also be viewed live on-line. Parks and Recreation Committee and Public Safety Advisory Committee meetings  are available by web stream and are recorded.

Most recent CITY COUNCIL meeting replays are Tuesday at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at 9:00 a.m., and Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

Most recent PLANNING COMMISSION and ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY meeting replays are Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., Thursday at 9:00 a.m., and Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
