2019 housing and community development action plan for suburban Hennepin County

Osseo is part of a group of suburban cities in Hennepin County that coordinates affordable housing and development activities that use federal funding. Every year, this group submits an action plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development that shows how we plan to use federal funds from three programs for housing and development projects in the coming year.

Programs included in the plan:

  • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
  • HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME)
  • Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)

The 2019 housing and community development action plan identifies the proposed use of approximately $4.7 million in suburban Hennepin County communities. This document will play an important role in implementing housing and community development priorities in Osseo during the coming year.
