Central Avenue Construction

Central Avenue is open to traffic through downtown Osseo.  The reconstruction project this year provides a new streetscape on Central Avenue, along with side street lighting.  Some landscaping will be finished in the spring of 2010.   The City of Osseo extends the businesses and residents a THANK YOU for your patience in this project.

Below  are photos of the recent "Minidazzle" celebration.  Central Avenue was "officially" opened to traffic with a ribbon cutting ceremony at that time.  The downtown area is truly festive with lights on all the trees along Central Avenue and in Boerboom Veterans Park.
