Permit to Purchase
To obtain a permit to purchase a handgun, you will need to come to the Osseo Police Deparment at 408 1st Ave. NW. and pick up a form/application. You MUST be a resident of the City of Osseo to obtain a permit to purchase.
The department's Administrative Assistant is responsible for the issuing of Permits to Purchase.
Permit to Conceal/Carry
To obtain a permit to carry and conceal a firearm, and you are a resident of Hennepin County, you can contact the Hennepin County Sheriffs office at 612.348.8008 or go to the Hennepin County Sheriffs Office website here.
