Truth in Housing Inspections Required Prior to Sale of Home

All homes in Osseo must have a Truth in Housing Inspection prior to any sale.  The purpose of this program is to protect and maintain the high quality housing stock we have in Osseo by ensuring that all potential life threatening situations are remedied prior to a sale and that both the buyer and seller are aware of any such conditions.  See forms and general information or call for additional information at 763.425.2624.
